Friendly, listens and very helpful
Excellent experience in every respect from scheduling to office staff to nurses and to Dr. Chen herself. now starting a new year I am looking forward to my next visit. If it matters to you, as my PCP she works well with my specialists and has my absolute confidence as I maintain through a debilitating chronic illness . I have nothing but praise for everyone in her practice with whom I have worked for the last two years.
Glad that she was able to help me out when I needed it. Very responsive.

very inconsistent--difficult to schedule- too busy-needs some diagnostic skiills- to much in a hurry to fill prescriptions- Little explanation

Dr Chen is a wonderful doctor not only does she take care of my health she listens to your problems and helps you by giv8ng you advice. She does very well in her profession and takes her time with no rush. Thank you dr Chen for being there for me and my daughter god bless you always ????????
