Didn’t feel rushed and she gave me great insight into my prognosis
Dr. Chen listened carefully, explained things clearly, and made me feel heard. Her staff was welcoming and helpful.
The wait was long to get in like most Ocala docs. I didn't even know I was a diabetic, my A1c was found to be at 10.8 . With her diet tips and meds, A1c is down to 5.9. And I lost 30 lbs, could not ask for a better doctor, have all my family and in laws going to her now
Fired Dr Chen when the nurse took my blood with my arm up in the air. Then Dr Chen comes in to give me a physical and never touch me. I mean No checking heart or lungs. Had some trouble with sugar and she didn't order a A1C . Poor care.
I sadly would not recommend Miss Chen based on receptionist alone. Very rude and condescending.
Was very nice and listened to me health wise and explained to me everything I needed to know and the advice they talk to me about was very helpful thank you and the staff and nurses was very nice and excellent thank you
Very nice and did not rush the visit, Shawanda was very nice too. Dr Chen explained everything to me. Office staff very nice too.

Dr. Chen was OK, some medication dosage discrepancies. The REAL nightmare was with her medical assistant. Shawanda. I had to pull teeth just to get my perscrption refilled. She said that my Rheumatologist was responsible for my refills!!! She refused to help me in any way untill I reported her to Simed main office. So they left it up to the office manager to take care of it. Of course she made excuses and sided with Shawanda. I wouldn't take my pets there. ??
