I hate doing this. Dr. Julie Kim is fantastic. However, her billing department is abysmal and has cost me so much time and money that I'll never return. I had an appt in March where I paid for everything out of pocket and the front desk agreed not to bill insurance. They did bill insurance, and how 9 months later, I'm still being giving the round around and chasing down the bill. We waited months to get in to see Dr Jenny Kim all while my triplets were having constant ear infections. 4 other Drs told us my children needed tubes. Our benefits fully covered the procedure with Dr Kim so we went with her… unfortunately. I feel like I saw a different doctor than the one described in all of Dr. Kim’s positive reviews. The Dr. Kim I saw today treated me as if I were an inanimate object. She was in such a hurry and when I tried to ask her questions or explain how I was feeling, she just kept on her diagnostic path without acknowledging anything I said. I was about to start crying when I choked out the words “the noise in my ears and head is debilitating. I feel depressed.” And nothing! Not even an acknowledgment of what I said.
