Saw Dr Vanderbeck has only 3 stars and was shocked someone wrote this poor review. She basically changed the outcome of the rest of my life. She did a wonderful job for a shoulder surgery that another doctor did not want to perform. That doctor advised me I would have permanent limited range of motion (about 50%) and said I needed to learn to live with a new normal. Her diagnosis and next steps worked out great for me. Other doctors wanted to perform surgery and she suggested a more conservative approach first. Needless to say, it worked and saved me money and months of rehab.
Made promises she couldn't keep. Saw her in December of 2014. After my surgery I complained about agonizing pain. She gave me injunction of cortisone in the surgical site which was beyond my threshold. Then left room. I went to check out felt something I looked down to see a trail of blood and blood on my clothing from injection site. The nurse noticed and took me straight back to a room and bandaged it. I have experienced a very bad care from Dr. Jennifer Vanderbeck becsue she does not listen to paitent's consernes and does not put her paitent first as she described on the web, I would not recommend her to anybody becasue paitent goes to doctor when for help but dr, Vanderbeck has her assitant to do all for her and she does consern her paitent at all.
