They are nice in there they just cancel and close the office with no notice it seems like. The first time I scheduled an appointment I got a call the morning of saying the Dr had something come up and couldnt be there so i had to reschedule. I went to that appointment and had to come back for a follow up and they texted me and confirmed I could come in the next day and when I showed up there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for the day because the Dr had something come up...
Both Dr. Jen and Jenn are great ladies!! Dr. Jen was very thorough and made me feel like I have known her for years! Jenn was amazing at helping me choose my new glasses and her attention to detail and making sure my glasses fit were excellent! Both ladies were great, I would totally recommend magic valley vision to everyone!!!
She is is easy to talk to,and has a great personality ❤️

I have been going to see Dr. Ruprecht for a long time. She has always been very friendly and very professional. She is very thorough with her eye exams and has always answered any questions I've had.
