Even though the staff if kinda bad, it depends on who you are talking about. Every group has good and bad people. Back to my point, she is very helpful. She listens to everything you have to say and make sure she understand everything before you are diasnogsed (sp?) She is VERY kind and is very througho with the exam. I thought Dr. Sepp was wonderful. She was very thorough and got right to the point. She is not my usual doctor, but I'm going to switch to her now. I agree with the other person's comments about the office staff. They are pretty rude.
Dr. Sepp is not so bad, as so much her staff is and they are a direct reflection of the leadership of the office. Very rude women, the office is never BUSY BUSY, yet they huff and puff like they're over worked. Once I called 2 hours early to say I'd be 30 minutes late. When I arrived they wouldn't see me... they let me still take off work and come even after teh call!
