Dr. Sepp was the best doctor I've had. She's compassionate, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I've been to her and worked with her office and never had a problem.
Fact:The staff are not friendly.* While I would like a smile, I have no problem as long as they are efficient. The reason I go out of my way to go to this office is Dr. Sepp. Her manner is outstanding. I've never had a MD who gives you her entire attention and eye contact. She apologizes when she is "running behind". Answers all questions. I had Dr. Sepp as doctor until just recently. We moved out of the country and I can say she will be missed! She's the best doctor I've had the pleasure of knowing...
THE only doctor who ever st down next to me and LISTENED to my problems. She did not dictate, type too much while I was explaining. She took basic notes on paper, refer to computer to confirm/deny something, then back to eye contact and full devotion to holistic medicine. Will always recommend. 5 stars!
I agree that Dr. Sepp is by far the most caring, attentive and human doctor I have ever had. She takes the time to make you feel like an actual person and is very knowledgeable. I also agree that the staff can be rude and act overworked. I would follow Dr. Sepp anywhere if she left there. She is a rare find in doctors.
I will not return to this office. The staff was nasty. I left with marks on my arm from the blood pressure cuff because the girl who took my blood pressure was in a bad mood. The language used in the office was not acceptable--Hint: patients in exam rooms can hear you when you are right outside the door. It is a shame that high quality doctors are being assisted by such a low quality staff.
So far Dr. Sepp is one of the most caring and attentive MD's I've ever met. She never makes you feel rushed. And now and again you get a hug or a pat on the back to calm your nerves...
Even though the staff if kinda bad, it depends on who you are talking about. Every group has good and bad people. Back to my point, she is very helpful. She listens to everything you have to say and make sure she understand everything before you are diasnogsed (sp?) She is VERY kind and is very througho with the exam.
