Ever since he moved from his Oakland location he changed. He has interns that have a very bad bedside manner and his so called office manager thinks shes the dr. When his first intern called me he didn't explain the treatment to kindly and then the second intern called and had no clue what she was talking about and when I mentioned it to dr English he decided he didn't want to see me again. I thought that doctors have to take an oth to help people. Don't get me wrong he was helping me when there was no interns involved.
I look like a freak after my delayed reconstruction surgery because Dr Lavallee chose to ignore my adhesive allergies.....TWICE. The healing process for both surgeries was a nightmare. When I went to her for the rash, welts and blisters caused by her tape and bandages I was allergic too, she said to me "What do you want me to do?" She had no flipping idea how to treat it, but offer me an Ativan. As a result the breast did not heal right and it has affected my chest and back muscles. Was seen by Dr. Neiswender for my physical. She is very informative and will answer all my questions. I have been a patient with her since 1998. I would recommend her highly. Have never had a problem with staff either. Whether on the phone or in the office. Always very helpful.
Prescribed me wrong dosage of medicine which caused really bad reactions. I found that he could never prescribed me that amount of medicine for the first time. It happened twice Negligent conduct.
Dr Jumper is a very caring and thorough doctor. He asks a lot of questions to figure out what is wrong. Unlike many doctors, he REALLY listens to you. Highly recommended Doctor!!!
Extremely rude. She is in the wrong field. Very insensitive. Will never go back.
I have used Dr. Cox for years. He as aiways been understanding,caring and informative. He is looking beyond the evident to see the real cause for your visit. I would and have recomended him to others.
Ok not happy right now with one of Dr.Vargas staff. My daughter is a patient of Dr. Vargas. Now my daughter goes to Akron university. Dr. Vargas told her about finding a doctor there. But also keep her for when my daughter home from college. This person told my daughter she not allowed to have two doctors all so told my daughter they could not refill her medicine . Because she was not coming in for wellness check. Not happy with talk to Dr. Vargas about this when I see her.
Dr. Cox is very caring and thorough with his patients. He may be a little late at times only because he cares and if a patient needs a few more minutes he takes the time.
