My experience with Doctor Sepp has gone downhill. She prescribed a cautionary medicine that I had a bad reaction to and instead of trying something else, stubbornly upped the dose. She seemed quite angry that I had a bad reaction. Dangerous conundrum as I take medications as prescribed as long as I can. Now she cancels. 6 months to get an appointment for an established patient. Did not disclose 10 minute policy over the phone when I called on my way to my appointment. I called to let them know I was on my way and needed to confirm where I was going. I am a new patient and never saw Dr. Sepp or went to this office. My appointment was at 4 and arrived at 4:10 pm. Dr Sepp refused to see me and front desk asked if I wanted to reschedule? Nope!
scheduled a yearly health exam which took an exceptionally long time to get. Dr office called the day of the appt and said she wasn't coming in and would do an online visit, spent about 5 minutes asking about health. Charged a copay for the visit even though they knew this was a yearly health check and copays are waved. Called and was told, "can't do a yearly checkup online and you discussed other things than general health", total lie. will never go back to this "Dr" or office again

Was running late for my appointment, called on the way and was told it was ok. Got there and was told I had to reschedule. Complaints for her has always more about office staff and not her. Have waited for follow up calls that didn’t come.
Excellent communication skills. Exhibits need to solve health problems.
Dr. Sepp is both professional and friendly. She is caring, easy to like but is skillful in telling you what you need to know rather than what you want to hear. Explaining her methods in a way that is easy for me to understand is one of her strong points which helps me feel comfortable when visiting her and I respect her as both a doctor and as a person. Dr. Sepp has taken excellent care of our family despite our own self-destructive tendencies.
Dr. Sepp is a very kind and knowledgable physician.
Dr. Sepp is absolutely wonderful. She is exceptionally personable, and makes hte extra effort to include patients in their treatment decisions. However, as others have pointed out, the office staff is very rude, which is a huge turn-off. I will point out that the staff in the Murrysville office are much worse than the Delmont staff.
