Dr. Kaplin and staff have taken care of me with comprehensive visits for ED. I have tried the pump, which I had previously from my last doc. Dr. K. has treated me for ED. I tried the Shockwave method. Instead of buying their brand package (2500.00) I bought my own for 850.00 and the results have been disappointing after using it for a year. I'm now contemplating having a IPP. Any insight from others is always appreciated.

Kaplan completed my radical prostatectomy and cut my rectum during the procedure which led to a surgeon having to repair that damage. That rectum damage led to a week in the hospital, emotional distress, a loss of 30 pounds and additional medical costs. The trauma to my rectum also led to a fistula (opening between the rectum and bladder) which required another surgery, additional costs, more emotional distress and additional recovery time. He also indicated that he was able to successfully complete nerve sparing during my p... read more

Horrible experience...was taking out ureteral stents like he worked in an assembly line. Just yanked them out with no consideration of you being in pain. Then when asked what to take for pain he said you won't have any but if you do just take over the counter meds... no instructions given for complication what so ever. Few hours later I ended up in emergency room because pain was so bad and could not pass urine. At hospital found out I had complicated UTI and had to have stent put on outside my body because the infection int... read more

I could not select my doctor or office and after 3 weeks still no results on the web portal. I requested a copy be mailed to.me and nothing!!! This practice should be shut down. I had 4 visits regarding a stuck kidney stone, each time I was rescheduled for a follow up visit and told the stone was too small for them to do anything about it. The NP scheduled me for an ultrasound to follow a CT, told me the ultrasound was useless and ordered another CT. I refused, since the ultrasound provided all the info we needed. So two subsequent visits where I felt disregarded, was talked down to (I am a med professional) and dismissed by Dr. Stern who told me my pain was NOT in my kidney and sent me packing. (Ha... read more

Complete.and.total.nightmare. Dr. David Kaplan should consider a new profession. Maybe his parents told him he needed to be a doctor and this was the easiest route?
