My son went in to Dr Heydt’s office for a procedure to help with his constant nosebleeds. She did an incredible job! She was friendly, comforting and thorough with him explaining exactly what she would be doing and what he and I should expect after the procedure. After our appointment, Dr. Heydt followed up a few times making sure he was doing ok and making sure his nose was healing properly. I am so happy because he hasn’t gotten another nose bleed! (My son is elated!) I highly recommend Dr. Heydt!
I went for Meniere disease. She offered no further testing at all like ENG, VNG, or even double checking if i had MRI tests done to rule out tumors. Simply with my description, she says it sounds like Menieres and offer absolutely no more investigation like many other doctors. Handed me diuretic, prednisone and told me not to eat more than 1500mg and off i go. Once i research more and hear from other patients, i realized I need to look for another better doctor to help me manage my Menieres' disease.
