I had an upcoming surgery with a different doctor and had some serious medicinal questions. Dr.Jennifer Forrest was the on-call Dr. at Animas Surgical Hospital on a Saturday morning. Even though she was not my doctor she went out of her way to address the situation, made several calls on my behalf to the Pharmacist and called me back several times to resolve the issue, set my mind at ease, and made sure I was okay. Thank you so much Doctor Forrest, I appreciate you !

This is more of a 0 star review. My husband had a procedure scheduled since October, Dr. Forest called 3 days before the procedure on a Sunday to tell us he couldn't pull up our insurance on his portal. My husband went to his office twice and gave him our insurance again and Dr. Forest was too busy to even help him. I tried stopping by only to have the office closed on a Tuesday at 10. Even if you have excellent insurance, they give you a run around about making an appointment. Then you arrive for the appointment and they don’t take the forms of payment you have. Waited weeks only to have the appointment cancelled because they don’t take American Express. It’s all met with I’m soooo sorrreeeee!!
