This is more of a 0 star review. My husband had a procedure scheduled since October, Dr. Forest called 3 days before the procedure on a Sunday to tell us he couldn't pull up our insurance on his portal. My husband went to his office twice and gave him our insurance again and Dr. Forest was too busy to even help him. I tried stopping by only to have the office closed on a Tuesday at 10. Even if you have excellent insurance, they give you a run around about making an appointment. Then you arrive for the appointment and they don’t take the forms of payment you have. Waited weeks only to have the appointment cancelled because they don’t take American Express. It’s all met with I’m soooo sorrreeeee!!
Dr. Forrest first saw my daughter for a broken wrist. And she was just awesome. Very kind, and the appointments were never rushed. After seeing my daughter's care, I made an appt for myself while we were there for an issue that has been bothering me for years. And I got the same amazing care. My son had a snowboarding incident over the weekend, so I may be getting him in to see her next. It's hard to find good doctors in this area, so it's refreshing to have a go to doctor for orthopedic care.
