Horrible experience. I had an appointment for 11.30, drove 2.5 hours from the Catskills to be seen. Waiting d 1.5 hour, was taken into that exam room for a consult, initially I was told doctor is having a surgery and will be with me soon. After a few minutes another nurse came in and said , doctor had an emergency and had to leave. Shame, shame, shame!

DR. Chwalek is a fabulous surgeon wow unbelievable person and surgeon. So friendly. I loved being in her care. Nurses were great. All were so friendly and knowledgeable and supportive.
Brought my mother to schedule Mohs surgery. Dr Chwalek was very patient and answered all my mother's questions.
