IF you eat the standard American diet (junk food), sit on a couch, and get no sleep, then you will probably see results from Dr. Sosnowski's program. If you have a specific medical problem you are looking to solve, then keep searching for a real functional medicine practitioner. Dr. Sosnowski and her team work well together to restore health for especially those patients who have tried so many other avenues to no avail. Their approach is to find the root cause of illness and not just treat the symptoms. The health coach, Dawn, was so good at answering questions and bringing attention where it is needed. Dr. Jenn did a very in depth analysis of my health condition and after careful review recommended a series of lifestyle changes that tremendously improved my health. Save yourself some money and read about clean eating...that is all Dr. Sosnowski's program is. She charges an astronomical amount of money UP FRONT ($10k+), non refundable, for basic information you can find on the internet. She gives you over the counter supplements and a recommendation for clean eating. Anyone that improves their diet will improve their health. She has no magical cure....dont get ripped off!!
