Dr. Ladd is tremendous. I was a busy lawyer stressing out on a regular basis and when I visited, she was an amazing safe space. She took the time to listen to me no matter my health issue and exceeded my expectations on every front. My only regret in moving away from the state is that I haven't found an equally caring doctor and it's been over four years!
Dr. Ladd is a wonderful Dr., she is very personable, she is caring and listens attentively to my cares. She answers questions honestly and goes beyond to help. She doesn't rush in and out, she takes her time with her patients. I love her as a person and a Dr. Highly recommend her.
Dr. Ladd is a excellent doctor, I love her caring manner for her patients. She takes time to explain things and ask if you have any questions and makes sure you understand. But the office staff they lie and are rude, unfriendly, and don't care about patients, referrals are not made in a timely manner if at all. I would refer Dr. Ladd but wouldn't want to subject my friends and family to the office personnel. I give her 5 stars office 0.

I love Dr. Ladd! She is unlike any doctor I have ever had. She is patient and truly cares. She discusses treatment options and listens to your input on them before deciding what course of action to take. I recommend her all the time to people who are looking for a PCP. The only low marks I gave were about the office personnel. I have consistently experienced impatience, abrupt, unfriendly, and sometimes downright rudeness when calling about medication refills. They are very condescending.
I have never had a more knowledgeable and friendly Doctor.She is beyond thorough and explains things in full detail making sure to ask if you have any questions along the way.I could not imagine ever seeing another Doctor again
