I moved to Charleston from Phoenix on a Corporate Relocate years ago. It was supposed to be temporary, but I ended up staying. Dr. Ladd is one of those reasons. I am 68 years old and have NEVER had a Dr. like Dr. Ladd. She is so compassionate, and truly cares about the well being of her patients. BEST Dr. I have EVER had.
I had an emergency and she took me in, and the immediate care she provided was amazing. It was in that moment I realized I needed to lose my Primary Physician, and find someone more like Dr. Ladd. She was amazing. I wish I could have said the same about my Physician, but he is a Weirdo.
The whole staff is friendly and wonderful.Doctor Ladd is very patient and always concerned with anything going on.She takes time to listen and ask questions about anything that you could possibly need.I have referred numerous patients to her as she is the kindest most compassionate Doctor I have ever met
Dr Ladd is without a doubt one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She listens, really listens, then take time to explain things and makes sure you understand. She’s is also soft spoken, kind and has a wonderfully gentle bedside manner. As a woman, having a dr that listens and understands means so much. I will never go to another dr unless she moves away, and I hope she never does!
Dr Ladd is a wonderful doctor not only does she actually listen and try and find out the causes she truly cares hard to find now days
I agree with others that IN THE PAST Dr.Ladd truly took her time with you, was kind and compassionate. Now I disagree; she tried to tell me my appointment was over without even discussing the problems I had told the nurse I had been having. She did no physical exam. This after waiting for her for over an hour. I understand that doctors are busy but she isn’t the only doctor in the office. You will never find another Dr like Dr. Ladd. She is kind and blessed with a gift of taking care of you. Don't know how she does it dealing with the public. She goes the extra mile.
She is a true hidden GEM!! She has been with me, through all my illnesses. She is patient, open minded, and open hearted. I have NEVER left her office, or a phone call from her office and been confused or felt rushed or ignored. I would be one lost HOT MESS with out her!
She’s always very nice and explains everything to us .
