I got my eob a 2:52 AM this morning for an appointment I had about a month ago. (Bcbs) The front desk woman told me my card wouldn't be charged without contacting me first. It very much was. Without any warning, no text. No email. No call. I'm going to now have to go through my husband to submit the receipt to the HSA and it's gonna be a whole thing.
