I am a new patient of Dr Gooddale’s. From the minute I walked into the waiting room I felt at ease . Laasia so very kind and friendly on the phone I got to meet in person . Stacey Dr Goodale ‘s assistant took my temperature , and I was asked questions related to covid . In the examine room she was through , patient and reassuring every step of the way. Excellent dentist with a congenial staff. Dr. Goodale is thorough with her examinations and listens empathically to any situation. She also provides useful suggestions and practices to any concerns about oral health and gives input on products you may wonder about. I asked Dr. Goodale in particular about using at-home whitening strips, and we talked about which one would work best for me. Overall, she made me feel comfortable and confident about being able to take care of my oral health.
I have tried many dentists in Northern Westchester and hadn't landed on anyone that great until my family and I started going to Dr. Goodale. I give them very high marks - Never a wait, Very thorough, Explains everything and the reasons behind it, Does all the work herself with great attention to detail, Zero pain and her staff are super helpful, pleasant and very accommodating. Added bonus - sometimes she sings a tune while working on you. I'm here to stay !
Dr Goodale absolutely misrepresented her services to me. I went in to get a cavity filled, she suggested a night guard. I explicitly stated I wasn’t in the financial place to get one. She told me “No problem, it’s 100% covered by your insurance.” Months later after it came in, they tried to call and charge me $500 for it without even giving me the item.
I've been going to Dr. Goodale for many years; routine work including caps. However, Dr. Jenn did the cosmetic part of an implant (my first and I hope last my implant). The work was absolutely amazing. On the first day I was stunned how natural the tooth looked and how it appeared to belong as though I had this tooth all my life. Color, shape and today the comfort of this implant is a stunning achievement in how talented Dr. Jennifer Goodale actually is. She deserves more than five stars.
