Overall Dr. Fretz is a great doctor. She is very thorough and will spend time with you, however her office staff lacks in this area tremendously and there is sometimes quite a bit of a wait to get in to see her. Also, this office now charges a $25 administration fee for the convenience to call in to have a prescription refilled, even when you take medication daily.
Great doctor listens and helps with any issue. The pony issue I have ever had is the some of the staff is very rude! If all of the staff was as helpful as Dr.fretz the office would be the best doctors office I have ever been to.
I switched offices when she moved just so I could stay with her. very knowledgable, always helpful and I've never waited more then 10 - 15 minutes.
I miss Dr. Fretz greatly! She was my family doctor from age 12 to 21 when I lost my insurance. Even then, she worked with me and let me make payments so I could still get care when needed. This doc will REALLY take her time and listen to you. Too bad she doesnt accept medicaid. My entire family saw and LOVED her. Sometimes the wait was a bit much to see her, but having a doctor actually remember little traits about you and spend as much time as you need in the room speaks VOLUMES. Doc Jen is the BEST!!!!! I loved having her as my doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone. Very courteous and very thorough! I had moved to the otherside of the state and had to change doctors. A++++++++
Most thorough doctor I have ever been to. I would recommend her to anyone! I gave her a list of my symptoms, she took 7 viles of blood, did a chest x-ray and ekg right in the office, no driving around here and there. She took her time with me, in no way did I feel rushed. All I have to say is WOW!
