Dr Diaz staff rotates often. I agree that the staff is rude and doesn't return phone calls to me - the patient. Not professional at all. I decided to find another medical provider. I mentioned this to Dr Dias before. Staffing changed again. I was a patient many years of Dr Dias. Glad I asked for copies of my medical records. Lots of things in my files were incorrect. I would have remembered a broken or injured hip. Wow Staffing can make or break a business.
Dr. Dais and her staff are wonderful! I have been a patient of Dr Dais now for approximately five years. While many of my visits have been in and out, other times I have had many questions with regarding test results and imaging etc. Dr. Dais always settles in and focuses on me when I have a question. She doesn’t talk to me out of the side of her face while she’s attacking a computer keyboard. I've been hesitant to post my opinion but I didn't want my treatment to be impacted. Not sure who gave these 5 star reviews, must be friends or family because I have not had 5 star or anywhere close to that. I find her staff rude, unprofessional & don't return phone calls, I have to call & run all over to get info & documents for them to follow through. Dr. Dais has been a great physician that cares for her patients. I am so glad that My Doctor Dr. Guice referred me to her. I appreciate her staff they go out of their to help us her Patients.
Jennifer is thorough and I have the utmost confidence in her surgical abilities. However, after reading the reviews I couldn't help notice some patients received candy after their visit but I never did.
