I don't usually post reviews, but I was blown away. Extremely comfortable environment, quiet even in the busy hub that is Costco. The staff and care was outstanding. The doctor was extremely observant and straight forward. Communication was clear and easy to understand. The whole staff was incredible. They were patient and helped coach me through contact lenses, answered all of my detailed questions, and were extremely knowledgeable. Very thorough and professional exam.
I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jen and her staff. I was warmly greeted and promptly began my full eye exam appointment. All tests were explained and my feedback taken into account. I had an issue with my vision with my contacts being blurry and Dr. Jen started from scratch, checked my prescription and made some adjustments. We came up with a game plan that I am confident will bring my vision back to almost perfect!
