The total experience was outstanding; the receptionist/technician (sorry, I've forgotten her name) at the vision center was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. The optometrist, Dr. Jen, was outstanding; friendly, professional, and very thorough. Clinton, who helped us afterward with reframing lenses was friendly, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful.
