She is a straight forward spoken smart doctor I have worked here in the past. I refer everyone I can who have any issues to her because she takes pride in her work an will not give your wrong advice. Trust an do what she suggest an you will see results.
FIVE STARS. Dr. Jen has handled my medical care extremely well. She helps organize a team approach and the staff has been very nice. My pain went away and now I just follow-up for may annual visits. *****I can't figure out how to remove my other review. I accidentally checked 1star.
I had pain in my foot that my primary care Doctor sent me to her. Dr. Jennifer found the area of pain, took me off the general medications I was on for pain and used an injection. She was fast and knew the problem in my foot immediately! The whole pain went away in about 1-2 weeks. They have wonderful communication and ladies in the office. I completely recommend her.
The BEST doctor visit. I have been to three other doctors and they would give me the answer and medications I asked for. This doctor was great! She explained why the previous doctor visits failed, recommended padding in my shoes to take the pressure off. It took about two weeks to be pain-free, but my problem was corrected and I have been pain-free (unless I use bad shoes) for 8-10 months now. I listened and she was straightforward. She was great and her staff was fantastic.
My visit was unpleasant. The treatment for my injury is surgery - pointless if I bump the area again. When I asked questions she pressed on the injured area several more times to make her point. She offered pads to take with me which I never saw and a handout which I found on the internet. It had some conservative treatments she didn't mention. She seemed aggravated with me. I'm going for a second opinion. Diagnosis may be identical but I'll ask for no extra pressing unless it's for treatment.
Dr. Pulapaka addressed my problem, answered my questions, and took the extra time with me. Her staff called to follow up. Wonderful experience on very visit. She also takes care of two of my family members.
Dr. Jennifer and her staff do a great job. She takes the time with her patients and is concerned about their care and follow-up. Convenient office location just a block away from the hospital.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Deland Foot and Leg Center with Dr. Jenneffer Schneller- Pulapaka. Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable doctor.
Dr. Schneller is the consummate professional and is the most qualified podiatric surgeon in the county. Her office is run like a well-oiled machine and the staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would recommend Dr. Schneller with great enthusiasm.
