Been with this business 2 yrs Boy the customer.service has gone down immensely So disappointing. 1st customer service tech is so impersonal Un caring By the script 2nd Doctor Jeffery 30 second consultation And out the door. Son came in for a very infected ingrown toenail A bandaid was added. And Was told can not get into surgery till the 8th. This doesn't sit well with me at all As this is a reoccurring incident after having surgery. I took care of his ingrown nail with in a half hour . By my lovely professional nail tech. P... read more
