I just came back from my first visit to Dr. Weinstein's office. I found him because of consistently excellent ratings by all the reviewers overall the years. Now, I understand why; and I strongly agree with them. Dr. Weinstein was extremely through in learning about my medical history, including that of my family and relatives. On our first visit he spent at least 1.5 hours reviewing every detail of my son's life, and the genetics of our family. My son is an Autistic 35 year old man, and he explained EVERYTHING so we both understood including taking us through anatomy posters on the wall. His rheumatologist, hematologist and and gastroenterology missed that many of his symptoms were liver disease and not limited to there own little specialty feifdom. In 2003-4 I was told by two Dr.'s that I had stage 4 cirrhosis and 3 maybe 4 years to live . I changed to Dr. Weinstein and 16 years later and liver cancer 2 times and colon cancer once Dr. Weinstein has kept me not only alive but a 77 years old weight Lifter and Bike rider that works out 5-6 days a wk. DR W lives up to his Hall Of Fame Super Dr. With room to spare. I've never written a review because I think everyone that knows Dr Weinstein knows he the Top Dr. in his field in the whole of Texas

I have been seeing Dr. Weinstein since 2015. I’m so happy and grateful to be one of his patients. He is an Excellent Doctor, very knowledgeable, takes time to explain my health condition to me, gives precious advice how to stay healthy and not making my condition worsened. He doesn’t rush to treatment but make sure all facts, labs, and medical exams are met and required treatment. I'm honored to recommend him to anyone looking for a good digestive Doctor. Appt are made months ahead of time to get in to see him, but he gives you complete and thorough exam and info about your health. He is focused on the patient and how best to diagnose and help. He is professional at the highest level, but is friendly . I felt at ease seeing him. He treats the entire patient giving advice on all aspects of health: diet exercise well-being. A 5 plus rating!!
