I've never had a dentist personally call to check on the patient until this afternoon when Dr Lee did to see if the surgeon he referred her to was able to get her broken tooth out. Dr. Lee is phenomenal. My wife started using this office because her boss referred her. Everyone here is great from dealing with insurance and finances to scheduling to working on my extremely anxious wife who struggles with intensified pain from fibromyalgia. We will be switching the entire family to this dentist.
Been going here for almost 10 years and never had an issue. Dr Jeff is very kind, explains things clearly, and isn't quick to do costly medical procedures
The worst new patient/customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It is not even worth wasting my time describing my experience, just take my advice and avoid these people and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.. They know what they did.
