Dr. Jeffey after reviewing my MRI from last year and comparing it with the current one was very clear in my diagnosis, I knew that I had to have surgery but he explained my situation in detail and let me know that my surgery is not emergency since I have many years with those cervical hernias and we can wait to make a plan for the surgery. It gave me a lot of confidence even though I had to understand each other through a language translator.
Dr.Henn is so personable and tells you what is going on and the best solutions to consider in making a decision.
Dr Henn took the time necessary to fully understand what I am feeling in relation to my condition. This is my second surgery by Dr Henn and I have full confidence of another positive outcome.
He was caring and took his time examination.
