Dr. Glaser is probably very good technically, but his bedside manner is rude, arrogant, and pompous. He made fun of the fact that I'm taking an herbal supplement, even though it was not for BPH. I had told him of some side effects from medication and he poo-pooed it because he had never heard of it happening. I also asked about the effect of different activities on the PSA results. He brushed that off as voo-doo, even though Johns Hopkins clearly says otherwise.

I was in disbelief at this so called doctors lack of professionalism, empathy and decorum.My husband went to this doctor for urilogical problems related to a traumatic brain injury. My husband was told his weight was the issue, before any bloodwork or tests were done. This so called "Dr." started mocking my husband about his weight, laughing when he was told we were seeing a nutritionist. This man should not be a Dr. He is condescending and should be sanctioned. He should be taught compassion.

I would not recommend Dr. Jeffery S. Glaser to anyone. Poor attitude and very unprofessional.

mine was not positive. I called them on a Monday morning at 9 am when they opened so I could make an appointment. I was sent to voicemail where I was asked to leave my first and last name and number. by Wednesday no one had called me back. so I called and this time spoke with the receptionist. I told her I needed to make an appointment and she said let me see what we have available and I'll call u back. two days later no call still. At that point I went and found another dr.
