Stay with him and you may just die. He misdiagnosed and didn’t spot cancer after a biopsy. Bad news for an MD don’t you think. So think about anyone else.
Dr. Glaser is fabulous! He takes his time and thoroughly explains himself and offers different options for treatments (if available). My fiancé and I both see him for different reasons, and he has always been very open and honest. The staff is always very friendly.
The staff were not, and are not friendly or helpful. Dr. Glaser offered no alternative treatments, only surgery.no one returns your phone calls in a timely manner. Sometimes not at all.
Dr Glaser is the most patient doctor, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to discuss details of procedures and test results. I've been under his care for about 31 years for Kidney stones. Hubby sees him as well! He is 5 stars!
Clearly this md is a disturbed person. He has a Jeckle and Hyde persona. During a pre test for urolift, he failed in medicating me and bulled through while I screamed in pain. Finally he said I was ok for the urolift. Of course I ended with him there. My new urologist found the urolift wouldn’t have worked. He also found my Gleason score was 9 meaning I have advanced prostate cancer. GOOD CATCH GLASER. Finally after prostatectomy I’m alive and doing well 1 year later.
Did not offer any help/suggestions.
Dr Glaser and staff are always friendly and relaxed. This can help with treatment and some procedures we have to endure in Urology. Dr Glaser decided to do a biopsy on my prostate even though the PSA numbers were low. The PSA indicator had elevated and Dr Glaser was concerned. Turned out it was worth the pain endured with the prostate biopsy. I had stage 3 prostate cancer. After 45 IMRT sessions I am currently cancer free. Dr Glaser saved my life.
I will simply say, if you need more, than a pill for your condition this MD may not be for you. I was simply dropped with no referral, when he decided not to follow up with me after a test he ordered. I was a RN for 41 years and never saw this or had this happen before. Good luck if he keeps you.
I've been working with Dr. Glaser for over 20 years. He is an outstanding Dr. and a very important health professional who has helped me work with reoccuring kidney stones over a period of years. I usually meet with the Dr every six months. His staff is very congenial and helpful. Dr Glaser has performed a lithotripsy procedure on me in the last two years in out patient setting. The coordination with the Saint Joes West staff and facilities was excellent.
