The staff is unprofessional going into patients medical files and sharing information with friends and family. Dr. Rubel is nice but no control over his office staff who scream and slam the phones on patients who are trying to communicate with him about the unscrupulous behavior of his office staff and medical team. Dr. Rubel needs to open his eyes and ears to what people in Beverly are saying about his staff.
Extremely unprofessional staff. HIPAA violation. Blocking communication with Dr. Rubel.
I am a former Senior Consultant and attending physician at the Brigham, ΜGH & Deaconess Hospitals, Boston. My experience as a patient with Dr. Ruble was excellent. He is a consummate Nephrologist who surpasses those I have sought before in Boston. New office & staff complete his High Standards.
Dr. Rubel was simply the best doctor I have ever visited. He spent so much time with me and answered all of my questions. He made me feel way better upon leaving. I know I'm in good hands!
