Very kind. Very knowledgeable. Staff is wonderful.
Dr Lanz caught a heart murmur last year! She’s lived longer than 2 ER docs and google said she would! We definitely recommend him as he’s thorough yet gentle with our sweet kitty.
The prices are high and he hires staff that have poor attitudes. They way the staff treats customers is a reflection on management and how the owner runs a business. When speaking with management about their poor behavior she made excuses other than a resolution. I don’t recommend sending your pets here, I don’t trust what they do to our beloved pets behind close doors. There’s another vet literally 4 buildings down. Check them out before coming here.
Although we love Dr.Lanz ....to be honest I do think the office is a little high on their prices. We can not wait to get a new puppy someday so we can go back to Dr.Lanz
