The Doc is chill BUT the front desk Bobby is a nightmare. Forget calling or leaving VMs. You will not receive a reply. Front desk doesn't review basic demographics to ensure email, address and phone are correct. Bobby cares more about the gossip than actually doing his job. My blood work results stated the urine was not stored or provided to the lab on time and so the result might not be accurate. That's all on the office. These are type of mistakes I dont have time for.

I had my annual exam with Dr. Pappert, and it was such a positive experience. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire visit. I felt heard, never rushed, and all my questions were answered clearly and thoughtfully. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such genuine care. I truly appreciate their compassionate approach and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and supportive physician.

I highly recommend Dr. Pappert. I've been a patient for just over a year, and he is simply the best. I also can’t forget to mention Bobby, Dr. Pappert’s nurse, he’s a rare find. Together, they make a very pleasant team!
