Fantastic! He has really listened and works very hard at treating my difficult back problems. He is kind, gentle and gives your issues his all! His secretary is a sweetheart and equal to the task of caring for the patients.

I've been going to Dr Zappia for years. He has a record of my history and asks for updates, symptom by symptom every visit. He is able to take care of the problem usually in only a few visits. I originally started seeing him for a lower back problem which has since cleared up, years ago. Now I see him occasionally for tingling in my arms and hands, and he knows exactly what needs to be done. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field.
