I had an appointment, which was scheduled literally months in advance. I have an hour drive, but have seen this doctor in the past. I was told they overbooked, I waited approx 20 minutes, then I ran to my car to get my laptop, thinking I would work while waiting.Patients were discussing the fact they had waited more than an hour already. I came back in and found they had called my name and was told they filled up my appointment slot and I would need to reschedule. I tried to explain to no avail
