He’s been my doctor for about 16 years. He a good doctor and a compassionate person. Period.
VERY poor communicator with family members of patients. Front desk personnel are rude, obnoxious and totally unprofessional. They contradict their own information !! Would NEVER refer anyone to this lousy practice. Surprised he is still in business, considering he is never there. Too busy playing tennis I suppose.
Front desk staff are incredibly snotty and unprofessional, in person and on the phone. They should all be fired and the doctor should rehire people who understand customer service and compassion. The PA's are great, but the ladies at the desk are so rude - they are going to lose the doctor his patients!
Will force you to make appointments MONTHS in advance and when they call the day before to confirm, they will charge you if you cancel. BEWARE!!!
Worst office ever to work with. Still waiting for over 10 days for them to fax medical clearance for surgery. Have left messages for the office manager and Doctor Nakhjavan, still not call back. Makes me wonder if they care about their patients at all. I personally, would not use this office if he were the only doctor around. He, himself, rarely sees patients, pushes all to his PAs, and obviously doesn't return calls. LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU NEED A DOCTOR!!!!!
My father's companion took him directly to the office without an appointment after receiving a referral from his chiropractor. I am pleased by the efficiency and the care. The PA Daniele called me asked essential questions and evaluated him appropriately and gave important referrals. I am grateful my father now has a doctors office so close to home where I know he will receive kindness and any needed assistance.
The staff was very nice, it was my first visit and I was very happy with the care i received. I highly recommend the dr and the wonderful girls that work with him. I was very comfortable and they took excellent care of me.
