I have been a patient of Dr Nakhjavan for about 7 years now. At one time was very sick and thank God that Dr Nakhjavan was my doctor. He also is affiliated with only the best specialists. If he can’t treat your condition he will send you to the best around. He knows his patients well and will never rush you even if you have a Million questions
Doctor is great. PAs are great too. Very easy to get an appointment even the same day if I'm sick. Staff is super sweet. I highly recommend them. A plus, 5 star review from this patient.
Horrible front desk staff! Constant poor dialogue and misinformation. Office managers and staff require much Professional training!
I’ve never met the Dr, I’m v CB ining here about 7 years now and am thrilled with the care and attention I receive from both of his PA’s. I always request to see the PA! Absolutely trust them and appreciate their caring and conscientious care.
just now First visit I didn’t see doctor they said you are visiting Physician assistant she is very inexperience second time I said I want to see doctor Jeff they give me 2 weeks later appointment date. Doctor was good he is very intelligent I ask lot of questions he answers very clear. He gave me couple medication and chest X-ray . I went to go front desk and get appointment but later I found out they give me appointment for same inexperience PA I said I want to see doctor Jeff and they said you have to wait 4 weeks to see ... read more
Dr. N is my fantastic doctor. I love his PA and staff. I am there alot (unfortunately) and they always treat me so well. It's a busy office but they always get me in the same day and I really don't wait too long. They are very thorough- one day the PA was very concerned about my condition and sent me immediately for tests the same day. The front desk girls even called and got my appointments set up for me. They are a blessing. I am so happy I found Dr. N
Dr. Nakhjavan is a caring and compassionate doctor. He takes care of my entire family and I trust him completely. He never rushes us and always answers my questions. We were lucky to find this office
I have realized that the staff is so miserable because management , the Dr Wife treats the staff like they dont matter after hearing about what goes on in the ofifce, they are forced to work long hours, they are overworked, they dont pay much, they are not allowed to call in sick, one girl at the front desk was sick it was clear but unable to call out, because she said they didn't have anyone to come in for her. they have a high turn around in the office i have never seen so many new faces in a short period of time.
