This is possibly the worst dermatologist office I’ve ever dealt with. I called to try to get an appointment for my fiancé. He’s dealing with a lot with his leg. They would not look up his insurance. They did not want to tell me if he was eligible and they told me I have to wait till the end of the month they were extremely rude.
My husband went to Dr. Pollock to get his back acne and eczema treated. Doctor was very attentive and took all of our concerns into consideration to select the best treatment plan for my husband. He was very detailed explaining the treatment plan. It was very easy to schedule an appointment over the phone and online patient portal was easy to use. Highly recommend.
Called Dr Pollocks office tonight at 7:41pm (on a Sunday) expecting to get an answering machine and instead I got a live operator. I explained that I was having a bad allergic reaction and wanted to see if he had any cancellations tomorrow. Well, I just got a call at 9:30pm for an appointment tomorrow. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I have had appointments before with Dr Pollock. He really does care about his patients. I highly recommend!
If you want a real dermatologist who doesn't make generalizations and actually looks at you individually, dr pollock is for you. Incredibly knowledgeable, looks at the total health picture and he doesnt try to push a standard treatment or product at you. Very impressed after initial visit
