He's need to retire because he has "help" doing his job while he was on the phone talking about investments.Waiting for 25mins he had the nerve to send in a PA which I told him to send in the Dr who came in, after waiting another 20mins. The male who took my Echo gram was rough and in a hurry, so I had to tell him off. The Dr. Never asked my history, I had to tell him and he could of care less. We won't mention the front office, worthless and slow.
