I can only echo the positive reviews that I've read here today. I see Dr Bigler. He has always been very professional kind and courteous. He has a great bedside manner. As well as all of his nurses. They have always been willing to help me with anything that I need from talking to the pharmacy to reading lab results. I was recommended to Dr Bigler from my family physician and I'm really thankful that he choose Dr Bigler for me to see for my GI issues. I went to this doctor because my primary doctor found issues with my liver. So I spend $350 for the first appointment plus $1200 in blood work. When he first came to talk to me he was unkind and rude. He didn’t want to explain questions. He didn’t explained blood work results but he asked me to do an ultrasound and he didn’t even explained the ultrasound results when he asked me to do a biopsy. It was the worst experience ever. Dr. Bigler has been thorough & kind in my interactions. His nurses are also great. The first time I came the front desk receptionist was funny & super nice. Today, I interacted with a different receptionist ‘Debbie’ and was appalled at how hateful, unprofessional, & rude she was. Dr. Bigler definitely needs to coach the behavior as it’s not representative of other interactions with his staff. The interaction with Debbie alone warrants the lower rating.
