At 1st after reviewing the reviews I was about to change my mind about seeing this doctor,but I went any way,the ladies at the front desk were nice and professional,now I cannot lie the wait was a little long,but well worth it,his assistant was so respectful and professional,she showed her care not just talked about it,but the doctor was pure excellence,he spent time and explain to me in detail about my issue,the wait was worth it period,awesome staff and awesome doctor.
January 15, 2026 @ 1:36 p.m. My doctor had submitted a referral for me to Dr. Cunningham, and the referral clerk called me to let me know when I needed to come in. I expressed to her that due to my other appointments and procedures, I would not be able to make the appointment. I would call back and reschedule. The referral clerk was so nasty and unprofessional! Drive. Jeffrey Cunningham is an excellent doctor/surgeon. His bedside manner is impeccable along with the drive for compassion and empathy. Thank you for the almighty prayer before my surgery.
I am in shock at how unprofessional this office is! My husband saw Dr. Cunningham once, got prescribed a nose spray that insurance would not cover..Walmart pharmacy called 4 times trying to get a different spray, I called 5 times, and the nurse WOULD NOT call either of us back!! We gave up, and are seeing a different dr at a different facility. Geeze..all we wanted was a call back!
We went to several doctors before finally being referred to an ent. I looked up doctors and felt good about Dr. Cunninghams office. Dr. Cunningham and his nurse are amazing. However, the front desk clerk/receptionist is unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful. I have empathy for people who work in this industry, as I know it is no small fete.
