Dr. Berger and his staff are awesome. On 9 June he performed a left inguinal hernia surgery. My hernia was extremely large and took a good deal longer than average. Dr. Berger complete the surgery with mesh reinforcement in less than an hour at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital and I was home same day. Honestly, I was a bit apprehensive about the surgery, but Dr. Berger reassured me he would "getter done" and he did. If you want a doctor that’s actually going to care about your health and not brush you off like you are bothering them go else where. This doctor sat and talked to me like nothing was wrong with me but couldn’t confirm what was wrong with me. I never had a doctor ask me if I wanted a test done they did it so they could find out what’s wrong.
