I’ve been seeing Dr Levenson for several years. He is very professional and was able to get my macular edema resolved quickly. Eye injections are scary, but he made me feel comfortable. I love that he also gives back through mission work. Highly recommend!
Very busy office, well run with professional competent staff. Dr McDonald explained results and treatment plan thoroughly.
Routine annual visit. All staff was courteous and professional.. I was treated properly and Dr. McDonald is absolutely fantastic. He explains things well and doesn’t make you feel rushed.
Dr Levenson is a superb Dr. in so many ways. He has tons of experience, he is very capable of so much, better than other Drs, he is completely honest, very trustworthy, so kind, and really cares about his patients. I am so thankful to be able to see Dr Levenson for many years. I have always recommended him to other people.
He diagnosed me with Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion and I had to get injections. After 2 1/2 years we only progressed from 4 weeks between injections to six maybe seven weeks, but always had to drop back because the Avastin wasn't working. Asked if there was another injectable he could use and he said that was all. I investigated and found another doctor at Florida Retina Institute and tole Dr. Levenson I wanted a second opinion since over 2 years in and we weren't getting anywhere. Dr. Levenson is an excellent doctor. I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes at his center and both surgeries went very well. Both eyes were at the stage 4 or beyond level. I have 20/20 vision in both eyes, which was a must see for me, as I am new to Jacksonville and needed to be able to read the street signs when driving or walking or working on the computer or cell phone, reading recipes, etc. Dr. Levinson's staff was compassionate and knowledgeable.
