Dr. Fiorenza is a truly fantastic doctor - his office staff (at least who I have engaged), however, leave much to be desired. Sometimes I think they forget that they are working with 'patients' and that we are the client, not someone they are doing a big favor for. I didn't choose my daughter's infliction, but they chose their job and agreed to fulfill that very important role - which I hope is supposed to include some element of warmth and kindness. Wonderful Doctor! Very kind and has a wonderful bed side manner. He made the procedure seem effortless!

I got five minutes late to office. The attendant was helping another patient. When it was my turn, I was a little late for my appointment. My appointment was at 9:15 am. I got to office at 9:20 and once I talked to the attendant it was 9:25. My next appointment is till March.
