Dr fiorenza is great but his office staff are horrible the don’t have any manners. Very rude over the phone
Dr. Fiorenza is a truly fantastic doctor - his office staff (at least who I have engaged), however, leave much to be desired. Sometimes I think they forget that they are working with 'patients' and that we are the client, not someone they are doing a big favor for. I didn't choose my daughter's infliction, but they chose their job and agreed to fulfill that very important role - which I hope is supposed to include some element of warmth and kindness.
