I was fortunate to see Dr. Fegan before he retired in August 2021. He took his time with me and explained my condition with empathy. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Fegan's for many years, and has been pleased with the outcome of his three surgeries.
This doctor ruined my urethra for life. Avoid at all costs! I would give negative stars if possible.
I had surgery many years ago at a major teaching hospital to correct a problem. I developed a blockage in my urology track and went to see him. He totally destroyed what the prior urologists fixed and left me with a life long problem. I tell every doctor that will do surgery on me that Dr Fegan is never to come near me.
Many years ago, I went to him for what was a small problem. He wrecked my whole urological system. For life. I will never recommend him to anyone!
Lots of problems for my husband. The worst was when one of the nurses placed the catheter in wrong causing a large backup of urine and admittace to ER for catheter to be replaced. Another nurse recently put in a catheter that is apparently too large in diameter resulting in bleeding and horrible pain. Dr. F. subscribed too many different antibiotics and threatened that my husband could likely die without such. Instead my husband used natural remedies including D- Mannose thus no more infections. Dr. Fegan diagnosed my difficult problem while taking the time to listen with compassion.
I went to Dr Fegan for a problems I was having and after diagnosing me and a few test he figured the problem was not urology . Instead of just saying go back to my doctor his office called the internist and ,explained the problem and the next thing I knew the internist called me with an appointment . Dr Fegan and his office people including some wonderful nurses are number 1 in my book and I really wish he had a general practice such wonderful,compassionate care .
Professional, caring, and successful procedure by Dr. Fegan. Highly recommend.
