Our gripe is the billing department, great doctor! The co pay is collected after each visit at this office and its never correct we're over charged each time.. Its very difficult to get our refund from this billing department for the over charged co pay. Other doctors offices we visit Do Not charge co pay up front after our visit. They wait for the insurance EOB then send us a bill for monies owed. I wish this doctors office was that way. We also agree no one in billing is ever available to take our call. I could not get this office to call me back. They would not help me to schedule an appointment and kept telling me to call the medical assistant, who would never call back. If they can't even manage to schedule an appointment, how could they be trusted to handle your confidential medical paperwork, attend to you when you're hurting and vulnerable and take care of your medical issues?
