I’ve known Dr. Jeffrey Medland since my son was born. He’s the one who rushed me into surgery to get the thyroid cancer out. Awesome staff. Awesome doctor been going on seven years now and I’m so thankful for him and his staff.
Having one of the most complicated cases imaginable, it is a relief to have continuity of care with Doctor Jeffrey Medland. Even if it takes a bit to get on the same page, we get there, concerns are heard and it truly is teamwork btwn Dr and patient. He cares about his patients.
I called looking for a new endocrinologist to treat my T1 diabetes, as my previous endo just retired. I live in remote Alaska and was hoping to set up reliable treatment in a Telehealth format. I was refused treatment as I do not have a primary physician (I do not see a specific primary, as there is none practicing within 100 miles of where I live). Poor taste and judgement.
Dr. Jeffrey, harasses senior citizens and frequently uses anti Semitic rhetoric regarding people of opposite political beliefs. I would be worried to be treated by him if you don't share his beliefs.
