Dr. Chetlin did my teeth and my 3 children. All of us have smiles that are gorgeous and we could not be more satisfied. His staff was wonderful, friendly and terrific to work with. His office manager was so caring and helful with financials - when you have to pay for this many cases it could be painful, but Karen knew how to maximize my insurance, understood medical spending accounts, and was always willing to work with our budget constraints. Dr. Chetlin has been treating my daughter and we have been delighted with the treatment and the service. He is very personable and explains everything very patiently so both the child and the parent can understand what will be done and why. The office staff is very helpful, always cheerful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Chetlin and his office.
Dr.Chetlin has problems with his bedside manners and lacks attention to details. I went to him on the recommendation of my general dentist because I needed adult braces. After 2 yrs of treatment and as a result of it I still have a large gap between my teeth and my front teeth are only partially straightened. The problem started during first few visits when Dr.Cheltin didn't bother to study the model of my teeth to figure out that unless certain procedure is followed, my teeth could never be properly straightened.
