During my eye exam, I couldn’t see anything thru the lens. He was getting frustrated with me, looked at the equipment and stated to me “no wonder you can’t see, the lenses are fogging up because of your mask.” He then said “But I cannot allow you to remove your mask because you’re not vaccinated!!” He continued on with the exam knowing I was just guessing at what I was seeing. Dr. Kalt is thorough in all his explanations and my cataract surgeries were a complete success. I am very pleased with Dr. Kalt and have every confidence in him. The ladies in the office are all very pleasant and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone in need of an ophthalmologist. He is the BEST!
Dr. Kalt was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional to my wife and I. He didn't handle himself well when having questions asked or having to give answers. He has a way of undervaluing people. We won't recommend him.
Patient and caring.
My family has been going to Dr. Kalt and Goldberg for years. Dr. Kalt has become very rude to us as patients as well as his staff. I told him, I understand that you're busy and frustrated since Dr. Goldberg has been gone but that gives you no reason to reprimand my 96 year old grandfather! I will not put up with someone like that. We as patients are the one's that pay his bills, he should be compassionate and understanding.
Dr. Kalt is awesome! Definitely knows his stuff, I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
