I don’t know why my original review was removed, but I saved it. Years later and I’m still dealing with some issues. Original review: I hate to write this because everyone is so nice but my mouth has been ruined. I’m not even sure where to start. Dr. Jeffrey Brown and staff are very pleasant and professional. I have been going to Jeffrey Brown's office for over 12 years. I wouldn't go to anyone else!
Dr Brown and the staff at Fox Dental are terrific. They will see to it that you have healthy happy teeth. They are very concerned that you are comfortable during your procedures. I just had two crowns completed and it went very smoothly. Dr Brown is someone you can trust.
Dr. Brown has made it to where I don't fear going to the dentist anymore. He has done wonderful work on my teeth and has always been patient with me since I don't handle the numbing shot very well. I always recommend him to my family and friends and having been going to him for several years. I trust my teeth to no one else. What I'm not thrilled with is they were bought by another dental practice called Matthews dental. Payments arrangements for amounts not covered by insurance are, how to say, less than ideal. Fox Park Dental was the WORST experience I have ever had in a dentist! My wife had a severe infection in her mouth and when she went in to Dr. Brown he gave her some mouthwash stuff that did NOTHING to fix the problem. She had to go to a more knowledgeable dentist for a second opinion and that dentist was able to accurately diagnose the problem which was that she needed a root canal.
