Ive used this urgent care several times now for migraine, and was so impressed that I changed to Dr. Nordella as my Primary. Theyre polite and caring, they get you in fast, and they take great care of you - very thorough. Im a very picky medical consumer, and I have been very pleased with the urgent care received, and with Dr. Nordella as a physician.
I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Porter Ranch Quality Care. Their level of professionalism and courtesy from the entire staff put me at ease, and I would especially like to thank their nurse, Claudia, and physicians assistant, David Zebello, for their attentiveness and friendly demeanor.
I really dont know where to start....but anyway I walked in to this urgent care to be seen by a doctor a couple of days ago and what I ran into I wont soon forget! Just about rudest receptionist I have ever met. I would have walked out and gone elsewhere but I was really sick and didnt feel like it. This woman spoke to me like I was her buddy from the local pub! Excellent doctor. Clinic is clean and friendly. I would definitely recommend this medical facility to anyone. They are an urgent care as well as a family medicine office.
Dr. Jeffery Nordella is a kind and Compashionate Doctor who will help anyone wishing to improve their health. You may not always hear what you want to hear but if you follow his guidance you will improve your health. As for discriminating against overweight people I would disagree as I recieved nothing but complete respect from this man and was looking forward to our Doctor/Paitent relationship in the future. He is there for you and not against you.
I just left this place. I came in feeling very crappy. The people there were all very nice and caring. There was no waiting and the place was very clean and nice. I would come back.
Went to this urgent care this morning for an upper respiratory infection. I was disappointed Dr. Nordella was off today but was seen quickly be a PA. He was took his time with me and was very courteous as was the entire staff. Would definitely go back there-glad to have a facility like this in the northwest valley.

What a relief! This clinic is exactly what is needed in the Porter Ranch area. I cut my hand on a glass window at home at 2pm and arrived at this clinic needing stitches. I was seen immediately and the Physician Assistant on staff was great. I received excellent medical care in a professional environment. I left the office with 4 stitches in my right hand and was back home by 3:15pm. Both the front office and back office staff were friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being....
