Dr. Hiltz was my doctor from the time he started in Muncie. He delivered six out of ten of my grandchildren. He's very easy to talk to and listens to what you say. I was able to contact him and his staff anytime I needed. If not as soon as he was available.
My husband and I were patients of Dr Hiltz's for over 20 years until we moved out of town. He and his staff treated us well and like family. We always felt that we could call and get results. Dr. Hiltz himself is very capable in almost every area of medicine and will refer to the proper specialist if needed. He spends time answering questions and giving information. He is pleasent and accomdating. We both miss him and his staff now that we live in a large city.
Had a sick daughter at college . Tried to get her in to see the doctor. Called in am and was told I would be called back in afternoon after relaying message to dr. No one returned my call and when I called in late afternoon was told the dr would not see her . No other explanation. Could have made an appointment for a different day or someplace else. Now waited all day for nothing. Good service????? And I have good insurance
