Let's start with BEWARE OF YOUR PATIENT DOCUMENTS CAUSE THEY HAD AT LEAST 20 PATIENTS PAPERWORKS SCATTERED ALL OVER THE FRONT DESK WITH THE SIGN IN LOG. I had to point it out to them that this is bad. The rooms are outdated with ripped patient beds/seats with the inner cushions popping out. They didnt even cover the seat with white paper (the roll was there but they didnt bother to use it). I have been going to Jeffrey Rappaport over the last nine months when I, after losing 30% of my hair, decided to try PRP. I must say that I am ecstatic with the regrowth! I’m not one to usually write reviews, but I am one who likes to share a good thing! I am now in a maintenance program and it feels so good to have Hair again!! Really a very dramatic result.

So I’ve been seen and had acne scar procedures by Mr. Rapport and out of nowhere was dropped out the blue after spending thousands for years. I was not given what I was promised and by saying I was LOOKING at another place? Amanda and her team said I’m no longer welcome here ever again. Beyond disappointed. My dreams and agreement that were signed sealed and promised on paper will not be fulfilled. Not fair at all.

I was so nervous to get PRP, and everyone in the office was so kind. The phlebotomist was so professional and calming. I usually have trouble with blood draws but it was easy and painless. Dr Rapaport was so kind and really put me at ease during the treatment. I highly recommend this Dr and top notch staff

I have tried to communicate and they left me on hold for 10 minutes and when I managed to get them to answer, they hung up on me, all because I was waiting on the Spanish line that THEY HAVE THE OPTION FOR SPANISH, they didn't even give me an explanation when they attended to me they just hung up on me and didn't answer again, then for the 5th time I didn't select Spanish and they attended to me within a minute!! I can't believe.
