I just had my first virtual visit with Dr McDougall. It was like I was in his office. We covered everything I had on my mind and he was just as kind and patient as if we were in person. I never leave his office without a clear path forward. I have been a patient of Dr McDougall for many, many years. I am so lucky to have him as my primary doctor who is overseeing my complicated health care. I have many doctors that treat specific areas, but Dr McDougall is my main guy. Dr. McDougall is truly one of the best, professionally and personally. Several times he has identified the source of a problem specialists have missed, and he somehow makes his patients feel he has all the time in the world for them. I feel fortunate to have him caring for me and for my family.
Dr. McDougall is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. He and his staff are always friendly, attentive. and answer all my questions knowledgeably. He knows my medical history thoroughly and always gives me as much time as I need. Once I arrive for my appointment, I rarely have to wait more than five minutes before being seen.
I've been a patient of Dr. McDougall's for many years. He's always been very thorough, kind, and is willing to answer questions. I've never felt uncomfortable or rushed. The office staff is always nice and nurse Cindy is wonderful. ( Only a time or two I've been greeted by a less than friendly assistant…but have never seen the same assistant twice. So, I'm thinking those people aren't permanent staff employees ?) Too bad Dr. McDougall isn't taking new patients. He's one of the best GPs!
Always feel like Dr. Mcdougall listens and is truly concerned with how I am feeling.He is very kind and easy to talk with.He explains everything and always asks if I am understanding everything he has told me.Totally the nicest Dr. I have ever been to.Very smart and knowledgeable.He treats the total patient and I have never felt rushed during an appointment.
